Bio:After Superman was killed in a battle with the monster Doomsday, the brilliant researchers at Cadmus created a genetic experiment. Half Human, half Kryptonian. The Teen of Steel. Superboy. At first, Superboy loved the limelight, but was not particularly cautious at first. Steel had to have some words with the Kid about not trying to be Superman just for the glory after Superboy's carelessness inadvertently led to the death of a Daily Planet chopper pilot. The Kid, angry at first that Steel would tell him off, came to see the wisdom in Steel's words and helped pull Steel from a fire later on. He would soon travel around the worlkd, eventually becoming Hawaii's hero, then an intergalactic hero with the Ravers, before settling down back on Earth as a member of Young Justice and the Teen Titans. He gave his life during Infinite Crisis, but returned stronger than ever.
